Why I Teach Women How to Win in Real Estate

I didn’t enter real estate because it looked easy. I entered because I believed it would change my life. In 2006, I earned my real estate license, convinced it would open the golden gates of financial freedom for my family. I truly thought, “This is it. This is our breakthrough.” But just two years later… 2008 happened. The market crashed. Deals disappeared. And like many agents at the time, I had no choice but to hang up my license. My dream felt like it ended before it even started.

When I came back, I came back differently. Hungrier. More determined. Willing to do whatever it took. If knowledge were the key, I would learn everything. I attended 6–8-hour in-person classes with my toddler. Because daycare wasn’t an option, I studied contracts with a diaper bag next to me. Took notes while rocking my child. Built my future while being a full-time wife and mother.

Years later, I did something bold. In 2019, I opened my own 100% commission brokerage. I built the office I wish I had when I started. A place where agents weren’t left alone. Where education came first. Where women felt supported and protected. Within five years, we grew to: Up to 250 agents Over $200 million in sales But what I’m most proud of isn’t the numbers. It’s the people. I’ve personally trained hundreds of agents who started with zero experience… And watched them: Close $1 million within 90 days, Reach $5 million in their first year, Pay off debt, Buy investment properties, and Build wealth for their families. I’ve helped save impossible transactions. Navigated difficult clients. Stepped into last-minute legal and contract disasters. Agents call me when everything feels like it’s falling apart. And somehow… we find a way.

I’ve also seen the other side. I’ve seen agents lose $30,000… $50,000… even $75,000 because of one mistake. I’ve seen women doubt themselves. Feel like impostors. Self-sabotage opportunities. Not because they weren’t capable… But because no one taught them the right way. Because someone else in the industry used their lack of knowledge against them. And that breaks my heart every time.  That’s why this isn’t just business for me. It’s personal. I believe any woman can succeed in real estate. Licensed or not. Experienced or brand new. I’ve seen hundreds do it, against all odds.

The 3-Week Fast Track to Be Self-Led in Real Estate.

It’s everything I’ve learned in 20+ years. All the mistakes. All the shortcuts. All the strategies. All the protections. So you don’t have to learn the hard way as I did. Because I’ve seen women make $30,000–$60,000 in just a few transactions… And I’ve seen others lose tens of thousands simply because they didn’t know what to look for. Same industry. Same opportunities. Different knowledge.

Today, my mission is simple: No woman should ever feel alone, underpaid, or unprepared in real estate, which leads them to lose tens of thousands of dollars and stay with an identity that shatters their self-esteem and leaves them with the shadow of irreparable self-doubt for years to come.

Real Stories From Legacy Women with Rosalina

From Mom of Five to Six-Figure Success
A mother of five came to me, overwhelmed and doubting her ability to commit to a real estate career. Between her children and responsibilities at home, she thought the industry wasn’t realistic for her. She worked part-time, but in her very first year… she earned six figures, self-led, proving that dedication and the right guidance can make real estate work even for busy moms.

From Social Media Strategy to $5 Million in Sales
Another agent came to me, just starting out in real estate. Her goal was simple: use real estate to fund her professional career and gain freedom. At the same time, she was navigating an unfortunate divorce. I taught her how to leverage social media as a strategic tool to attract clients, and she applied everything. In her first year, she closed $5 million in sales. Those wins compounded, and while working with me at my first brokerage, she made a life-changing decision: purchasing her first investment property.

The $75,000 Lesson in Knowledge and Timing
Not every story starts as a win. One of my agents was working with foreign investors, but the loan officer didn’t fully understand the legal and financial complexities of foreign clients in the U.S., and the agent didn’t either. By the time she called me for advice, the contract had already been signed incorrectly. The client lost $75,000, and the deal seemed over. The client felt terrified and unsure if they could trust another transaction. I personally stepped in as the broker, corrected the procedures with the loan officer, and successfully closed the deal, ensuring the client got the property and the agent received full compensation.

The $5,000 Condo Deposit That Disappeared
One agent was helping her son purchase a condo. They trusted the process, but the loan officer didn’t know all the condo approval requirements, and the agent hadn’t verified them either. At the final stages, the condo association was missing one key document, making funding impossible. When the agent called me, I asked if the three critical requirements for condo transactions had been verified upfront. She hadn’t followed them. At that point, it was too late; the lender wouldn’t fund, and the deal fell apart. Her son lost his initial $5,000 deposit, showing how small details can have costly consequences.

Avoiding a Legal Disaster Before Closing
Another agent was helping a client purchase a home in the same community where the client’s mother lived. Everything seemed normal until it was discovered that the buyer’s spouse hadn’t signed the contract. In Florida, both spouses must sign for the contract to be legally valid. Three days before closing, the spouse refused to sign, threatening to collapse the entire deal. I stepped in and explained the legal responsibilities and implications to the client and their family. Understanding their binding contractual obligations, they complied, and the deal successfully closed, protecting the agent, the client, and the seller.
